14TH ANNUAL CONFERENCE - RECLAIMING FAMILY VALUES
For the past 13 years, the Philadelphia Family Pride Family Matters Conference has been a valued tradition for LGBTQ+ led families and LGBTQ+ prospective parents throughout the Philadelphia region. We welcome and appreciate all kinds familial connections. We embrace a broad range of parenting experiences as well as LGBTQ+ folks seeking to become parents, wherever they are in their journey.
This conference is our biggest educational event of the year.
Our 14th Annual Family Matters Conference took place as a fully in-person, masked event on Saturday, October 14 from 9am-4pm at the School of the Future located at 4021 Parkside Avenue in Philadelphia near the Philadelphia Zoo, Please Touch Museum, and easy on/off to I-76.
The theme for this year's conference was "Reclaiming Family Values" and the keynote speaker was Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta. In the current climate of attacks on LGBTQ+ rights, PFP is focusing our efforts at this event on learning how adults and kids can advocate for our families.
